Iaioflautas are a group of people of ages between 50 and 70 “fighting for the future of their children”. they’re active in many Spanish towns like Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, Palma de Mallorca, who first started spontaneously supporting the occupation of squares last year, then started to make themselves visible in the squares wearing yellow vests (in order to say, “hey, this is not just one-genrational thing, here we stand”), then started to go to demonstrations and to take care of safety of younger people.

Since a few months, they have started doing several actions, especially within bank premises! recently, after the obscene multi-million bail-out of government’s friends bank Bankia (which is very likely to cause State’s bankrupt and foreign intervention by WMF), they self-coordinated and did actions in different cities, occupying banks lobbies for hours, literally blocking the functioning of banks with simple, even naif actions. but this naivete appears to be in fact extremely media savvy, since now they’re finally made a huge hole in the mainstream media and have become the real heroes of these days.
